One PR was observed in a patient with adenoid cystic carcinoma treated at 48 mg who remained on trial (45 cycles) at data cut-off, and 13 patients experienced SD as best response, with 2/13 patients having SD ≥6 months as defined by RECIST v1.1: one with KRAS-mutant, microsatellite-stable (MSS) colorectal cancer with a maximum reduction in target lesions of 24% on study for 12 cycles, and a second with MSS endometrial carcinoma (reduction in target lesions of 3.7%) experienced SD for 8 cycles. The gene discussed is KRAS; the disease is adenoid cystic carcinoma.
