Our previous studies showed that extracellular autophagosomes harvested from the supernatant of tumor cells or malignant effusions and ascites of cancer patients, which we have termed as TRAPs, could promote the generation of IL-10+ Bregs, reactive oxygen species (ROS)-producing neutrophils, and PD-L1hi macrophages exerting immunoinhibitory activities [18–20]. The gene discussed is IL10; the disease is neoplasm.
