However, Li et al25 reported an opposite role that miR‐107 was up‐regulated in GC tissues and promoted GC cell proliferation by negatively targeting FOXO1; Song et al26 identified that as an oncogene, miR‐107 promoted proliferation of GC by regulating CDK8; Wang et al27 also indicated that miR‐107 was up‐regulated in GC, and suppressed the proliferation and invasion by negatively regulating NF1 expression. This evidence concerns the gene NF1 and gastric cancer.
