As illustrated in Figure 8F, PTEN harbored high frequent mutations in uterine endometrioid carcinoma [51.79% (159/307)] next to cervical endometrioid carcinoma [33.33% (1/3)] and lung squamous cell carcinoma 11.57% (56/484)]. The gene discussed is PTEN; the disease is cervical endometrioid adenocarcinoma.
