As showed in Table 3, significant associations were existed between TNFAIP8L1 rs9917028, and decreased risk of cervical cancer in allele model, co-dominant model, and additive model (allele model: OR = 0.80, 95% CI: 0.65–0.98, P=0.032; co-dominant model: OR = 0.64, 95% CI: 0.42–0.99, P=0.044; additive model: OR = 0.81, 95% CI: 0.66–0.99, P=0.039). Here, TIPE1 is linked to cervical carcinoma.
