To characterize the biological role of IPO5 in CRC cells, we overexpressed IPO5 in the SW480 and HCT116 cell lines, simultaneously silenced IPO5 expression with IPO5-shRNA in SW620 and RKO cells (Fig. 2a), and then selected IPO5-shRNA1 to construct lentiviral stable interfering IPO5 cell lines for subsequent functional studies. This evidence concerns the gene IPO5 and colorectal carcinoma.
