Given that E2F1 overexpression correlates with poor patient outcomes in several cancer types [29], we performed further Kaplan-Meier analyses in the PAN Cancer cohort to check whether this combination of high DCLRE1C and APLF mRNA levels discriminates between better and worse OS in high E2F1 tumors, in additional cancer types.
