As shown in Figure 2, ROC curve analysis showed that the optimal cut-off value of RBP4 for the prediction of CAD was 45.90 μg/mL, with a sensitivity of 76.4% and a specificity of 74.5% (area under the curve = 0.822, 95%CI = 0.76 – 0.88, P < 0.0001). This evidence concerns the gene RBP4 and coronary artery disorder.
