Frequencies of the minor allele of TLR4 SNPs rs4986790 [p = 0.033, age-adjusted OR = 1.693 (1.043–2.747)], rs1927911 [p = 0.013, age-adjusted OR = 1.635 (1.109–2.410)] and the major allele of TLR9 SNP rs187084 were also varied significantly between patients and controls, conferring their association with the cervical cancer risk. This evidence concerns the gene TLR9 and cervical carcinoma.
