In a previous study involving 42 patients who had received anti-PD-1 antibody (i.e., 18 with melanoma, 10 with NSCLC, 7 with colorectal cancer, 5 with renal cell cancer, and 2 with prostate cancer), PD-L1-positive tumors exhibited significantly better objective response versus PD-L1-negative tumors [8].
