Based on a Bonferroni corrected P-value threshold of P ≤ 6.17 × 10−4, we identified associations between soluble IL-6R levels and eczema/dermatitis (P = 1.35 × 10−8), RA (P = 5.67 × 10−8), Crohn’s disease (P = 2.81 × 10−5) and asthma (P = 1.12 × 10−4), as well as an association between IL-2Rα levels and MS (P = 1.75 × 10−5). Here, IL2RA is linked to rheumatoid arthritis.
