Future study will be aimed at extending the cohort of patient, validating the FZD-10 protein as a molecular marker for monitoring status of patients at different treatment stages (i.e., presurgery state and postsurgery treatment cycle of chemotherapy, or radiotherapy and canonical follow-up), and evaluating the possibility of applying FZD-10 as a marker for other different types of cancer such as cholangiocarcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, and pancreatic carcinoma. Here, FZD10 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
