A different trend was observed for the level of FZD-10 protein expression in the samples from the CRC patients: 72 hours after the surgery the value decreased compared to the level recorded before the intervention, then kept decreasing considering the value at 30 days after the intervention, before the metastasis removal, which however was still higher than the control, and finally at the end of the treatment (Figures 3(a) and 3(b)) reached a level comparable to the average value measured for the healthy control. This evidence concerns the gene FZD10 and colorectal carcinoma.
