Cobb et al reported that the miRNA expression profile in Treg is distinct from those in conventional CD4+ T cells.6 Moreover, miR-155 inhibition sensitizes CD4+ Th cells for Treg-mediated suppression.7 We therefore intended to explore the potential correlation of miRNA during development of Treg dysfunction in the course of ITP.
