Re‐expression of RASSF1A in H1299 lung adenocarcinoma cells is associated with reduced invasion, metastatic progression and inability to generate cancer stem‐like cells, which provides a rationale for widely reported poor clinical outcomes in RASSF1‐methylated tumours (Grawenda & O'Neill, 2015).
