Hence, by comparing the protein activity profiles of the transient nodes C2 and C3, it was revealed that transitions from low-grade GBMs (LGG-I or LGG-II) to high-grade GBM was possible if the cells had increased activities of the proteins YY1, C-MYC, CYCLIN-D1, CYCLIN-D3, etc. Comparing C5 and C6 nodes, the similar expression pattern of the proteins behind the origin of high-grade tumor cells was also observed.
