In the high-grade (Grade-IV) GBM tumor states of general glioma model, increased activities of JAK2/STAT3, RBPJ, MAML1, YY1, γ-Secretase complex (APH1, NCSTN, PSENEN, PEN2) and mutation of P53 were observed as a minimal number of deregulations (total mutations, μ = 10).
