Considering the crucial role of RhoA/ROCK signaling pathway and the therapeutic effect of OMT in UC, the present study was to investigate whether OMT could alleviate DSS-induced acute intestinal inflammation by protecting the integrity of the epithelial barrier, relieving oxidative stress, inhibiting inflammation and restoring Th17/Treg cell balance through targeted down-regulation of the RhoA/ROCK signaling pathway. Here, RHOA is linked to inflammation.
