Media liquid chromatography-mass spectromtry (LC-MS) analysis revealed avid consumption of serine but not glycine over the first week after EBV infection, which peaked at 4 DPI, coinciding with the onset of BL-like hyperproliferation and maximal MYC abundance (Figures 3A and S5E).
