The above-reported FVIII concentrations were similar (except for Kogenate) to those measured by ELISA: Advate and Refacto AF showed a concentration of 0.58 ± 0.09 and 0.39 ± 0.04 mg/mL, respectively, while the Kogenate concentration was equal to 0.55 ± 0.06 mg/mL. The gene discussed is F8; the disease is atrial fibrillation.
