In the HF group, the transcription of genes involved in the regulation of adipogenesis (SREBP-1C, FAS, and SCD1) and cholesterol transport and metabolism (LXRα, LXRβ, ABCA1, ABCG1, and ABCG5) was significantly increased compared to that in the C group (P < 0.05, Figure 2), while the transcription of genes involved in fatty acid β-oxidation (PPARα and ChREBP) was significantly decreased. The gene discussed is NR1H2; the disease is hydrops fetalis.
