Lnc-b-Catm, which is highly expressed in liver cancer stem cells and recruits EZH2 (enhancer of zeste 2 polycomb repressive complex 2 subunit) to directly catalyze K49 methylation of β-catenin, inhibits the phosphorylation and subsequent ubiquitination of β-catenin [196].
