Therefore, we believe that the synergistic anti-tumor effect of EMILIN1 and TSPAN9 is mainly achieved by TSPAN9.We further found that simultaneous overexpression of EMILIN1 and TSPAN9 more significantly inhibited the FAK-RAS-ERK1/2 pathway as compared to the overexpression of TSPAN9 alone (Fig. 5c).
