ITGB4 phosphorylated at tyrosine site 1510 (p-ITGB4-Y1510) was upregulated more than 2-fold in high-invasive pancreatic cancer cells, suggesting that phosphorylated ITGB4 may be involved in the migration and invasion of pancreatic cancer cells. This evidence concerns the gene ITGB4 and familial pancreatic carcinoma.
