Among the drugs used for the prevention of obesity and hyperlipidemia by inhibition of the pancreatic lipase activity by the Orlistat [31], from our results, the pancreatic lipase activity was inhibited by EEA by hydrolyzing of dietary triglycerides nonabsorbable into monoglycerides and free fatty acids absorbable by the intestine. This evidence concerns the gene PNLIP and hyperlipidemia.
