Consistently, knockdown of YTHDF2 increased, while forced overexpression of YTHDF2 decreased, cell proliferation and migration in melanoma cells in vitro (Fig. 6k, l, and Supplementary Fig. 10d–f) as well as tumor growth in vivo (Fig. 6m, and Supplementary Fig. 10g, h), supporting a tumor suppressor role for YTHDF2.
