We found that the transfection of miR-142-3p inhibitor significantly decreased the cell viability, the number of cell clones, the migration rate, the number of invasive cells, and the expression of Bcl-2 expression, and increased the expressions of Bax and Bad, and the apoptosis rate of TNF-α-treated RA-HFLSs. The gene discussed is BCL2; the disease is rheumatoid arthritis.
