ERBB2 and breast cancer: A higher level of cadmium in urine was associated with an increased risk of HER2− but not HER2+ breast cancer: A 1 category increase in urinary cadmium was associated with an OR of 1.3 (95% CI: 1.12–1.50) (p-trend < 0.001) for HER2- breast cancer and 0.99 (95% CI: 0.73–1.35) (p-trend = 0.97) for HER2+ breast cancer (p-heterogeneity = 0.12) (Table 2).
