These data can be compared to those from the use of anti-tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα) mAb, infliximab, which are of 10 or 50 mg/kg in preclinical assays in rodents (Derzi et al., 2016), and later in humans from 3 to 5 mg/kg for rheumatoid and psoriatic arthritis as intravenous (i.v.)injections (www.medscape.com).
