Moreover, we found that the expression of PTEN was significantly decreased in the bladder cancer cells co-transfected with circSLC8A1 plasmids and miR-130b/miR-494 mimics, compared with the cells transfected with circSLC8A1 alone (Fig. 5d and e), which agreed with the results of cell function.
