Our data indicates a modest increase in CD4+ T Cells in the AD dogs’ samples in comparison with the healthy controls (Fig 3A), resulting in a slight elevation of the CD4+/CD8+ ratio in AD dogs (2.388 ± 0.3747) vs. healthy controls (2.101 ± 0.2826) (Fig 3B). The gene discussed is CD8A; the disease is Alzheimer disease.
