CCR2 and cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasia: As shown in Figure 5(a)–5(c), the abundance of CCL2 and CCR2 was found to be elevated in the kidneys of CIN rats (p < 0.01 versus the Con group) by western blotting, while their abundance was suppressed by either TMP or NAC treatment (p < 0.01 versus the CIN group).
