CYP1B1 and Familial prostate cancer: Our data confirmed that the treatment of prostate cancer cells with ENZA enhances the effect of radiation through down-regulation of NKX3-1, ZMIZ1, SPDEF and PDE9A genes and up-regulation of LAT, PTPRN2 and OSBPL10 genes in LNCaP cells, as well as up-regulation of CYP1B1 genes in C4-2 cells.
