Recent study showed that miR-222 could attenuate cisplatin-induced cell death in bladder cancer cells through inhibiting the cisplatin-induced autophagy in bladder cancer cells by directly targeting PP2A subunit B (PPP2R2A) [17], indicating miRNA could modulate cisplatin sensitivity of OS by targeting PPP2R2A. This evidence concerns the gene PPP2R2A and urinary bladder carcinoma.
