Interestingly, conditional triple knock-out of FOXO1/3/4 in mice results in development of thymic lymphomas and vascular lesions, predominantly haemangiomas, in a number of tissues, with only 9% progressing to angiosarcomas, although there is no reported role for Myc in this model (Paik et al., 2007). Here, FOXO1 is linked to angiosarcoma.
