Mutations in TP53 (which encodes p53) have been reported in human angiosarcomas, with incidences of between 4% and 52% reported in different studies (Behjati et al., 2014; Hung et al., 2013; Italiano et al., 2012; Murali et al., 2015; Naka et al., 1997; Weihrauch et al., 2002; Zietz et al., 1998). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and angiosarcoma.
