The enrichment of genes associated with p53 in the differentially expressed genes between the tumours that develop in the two models indicates that, as expected, the gain-of-function Trp53R172H mutant drives expression of a different set of genes to those seen in the Cdh5-CreERT2, Trp53fl/fl mice to initiate angiosarcoma development. Here, CDH5 is linked to neoplasm.
