Overexpression of KDM2B was frequently occurred in various human solid tumours, like triple‐negative breast cancer,23 pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma14 and prostate cancer.24 Besides, the high levels of KDM2B are associated with tumour aggressiveness, recurrence and adverse prognosis through controlling of tumour cells growth, metastasis, apoptosis and drug resistance.25 So far, the oncogenic role of KDM2B in various types of cancers has been revealed. This evidence concerns the gene KDM2B and cancer.
