KDM2B and ovarian cancer: Recently, KDM2B has drawn a great deal of attention, since its role in regulating tumourigenesis via epigenetic mechanisms.11, 12 In vitro and in vivo data showed that, KDM2B up‐regulated the expression of histone methyltransferase EZH2 to promote the progression of ovarian cancer.13 In mouse model of pancreatic cancer, silence of KDM2B abrogated tumourigenicity of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cells.14
