In subnetwork 8, long-term potentiation was identified as a significant pathway, where PPP1CC and PPP1CA directly interacted with three PCOS-ovarian cancer-shared PCOSrps—i.e., BRCA1, PPP1CC, and URI1—and indirectly interacted with two shared PCOSrps (CDKN1B and SKP2; Figure 3).
