In univariate survival analysis, age of the patients (OS; P = 0.048, RFS; P = 0.027), tumor size (OS; P = 0.012, RFS; P = 0.012), tumor stage (OS; P = 0.023, RFS; P = 0.020), histologic grade (OS; P = 0.023, RFS; P = 0.020), distant metastasis (OS; P = 0.006, RFS; P = 0.009), Cy-FAM83H expression (OS; P = 0.001, RFS; P <  0.001), Nu-FAM83H expression (OS; P = 0.002, RFS; P = 0.001), and β-catenin (OS; P = 0.006, RFS; P = 0.012) were significantly associated with both OS and RFS of osteosarcoma patients (Table 3).
