TLR9 and lung carcinoma: To clarify the potential effects of miR-574-5p on human lung cancer cells under the influence of TLR9 signals, researchers used the TLR9 signaling inhibitor chloroquine and the MyD88 inhibitory peptide to block the signaling pathway in both in vivo and in vitro experiments, and found that both chloroquine and MyD88 inhibitory peptide could significantly inhibit the up-regulation of CpG ODN-induced miR-574-5p in 95D cells, further confirming that miR-574-5p is regulated by the TLR9 signaling pathway.
