After overexpression of FOXN3 in lymphoma cell lines, they found through qPCR, Western blot and immunoprecipitation found that CHES1 can bind to the PIM2 gene directly to reduce the phosphorylation level of 4EBP1, the target of PIM2, leading to a decreased level of PIM2 and thus promoting tumorigenesis.
