Importantly, the Kaplan–Meier survival curves indicated that a higher expression level of CXCL10 (hazard ratio = 0.63; p = 0.035), CXCL9 (hazard ratio = 0.63; p = 0.037), MMP9 (Hazard Ratio = 0.61; p = 0.023), and CCR7 (Hazard Ratio = 0.59; p = 0.013) were significantly associated with the poor prognosis for CRC patients; although the difference in overall survival (OS) between high and low expression of IDO1 (Hazard Ratio = 0.78; p = 0.27) and VCAM1 (Hazard Ratio = 0.74; p = 0.215) were not significant. Here, CXCL10 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
