The anti-tumor activity of mipsagargin has been evaluated in a number of murine models of human tumors, including the MCF-7 human breast tumor model, the PSMA-producing CWR22R-H human prostate tumor xenograft, the SN12C renal cancer xenograft, and the TSU-Pr1 human bladder cancer xenograft, over a range of doses and schedules.
