General analysis showed that the RANKL gene rs2277438 polymorphism increased RA risk (G vs. A; OR = 1.21, P=0.047; GG vs. AG+AA; OR = 1.81, P=0.023; GG vs. AA; OR = 1.90, P=0.016; Supplementary Figure S2). Here, TNFSF11 is linked to rheumatoid arthritis.
