TIRAP and non-small cell lung carcinoma: As compared with the control groups (58.76% ± 3.24%, 62.45% ± 3.42%, and 41.56% ± 1.14% in H1970, H1650, and LTEP-a2 cells, respectively), after transfection with TIRAP siRNA, the proportion of G1 phase cells reached 73.58% ± 1.54%, 82.56% ± 3.65%, and 50.27% ± 1.59% in H1975, H1650, and LTEP-a2 cells, respectively, suggesting that knockdown the expression of TIRAP led to G1 phase arrest in NSCLC cells.
