MCL1 and B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma: G P Gregory et al showed that Dinaciclib inhibits CDK9 and is highly effective against MYC‐driven B‐cell lymphoma by selectively inhibiting key MYC targets including McL‐1.24 Also, Colomer et al reported that Dinaciclib can treat mantle cell lymphoma by reducing MCL1.25 Meanwhile, the mechanism of Dinaciclib in other diseases has also been studied.
