Phospho‐p70S6K and CDC2/CDK1 have been investigated as potential therapeutic targets for diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma.20 Furthermore, a phase II, single‐arm, open‐label, multicenter study evaluated the efficacy and safety of P276‐00, another CDKI, in patients with relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma.21 Together, these findings suggested that CDK1 could provide novel opportunities for improving the current therapeutic treatments of BL. The gene discussed is RPS6KB1; the disease is Burkitt lymphoma.
