NLRC5 and glioma: NLR family, CARD domain containing 5 (NLRC5) is a member of the NLR protein family, which plays a critical role in cytokine response and regulation of immune responses.20 Growing studies have shown that NLRC5 is involved in multiple human tumour progression.21, 22 For instance, overexpression of NLRC5 promoted the development of hepatocellular carcinoma by targeting the Wnt/β‐catenin signalling pathway.22 However, whether NLRC5 is involved in the malignant progression of glioma was still unclear.
