The inflammatory response in patients with CSH can lead to immune dysfunction, cause secondary immune damage, up‐regulate the expression of CD8+ T lymphocytes, and initiate apoptosis.20 We found that after treatment, the levels of CD3+, CD4+, and CD4+/CD8+ in observation group were higher than those in control group, while the level of CD8+ was lower than that in control group. This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and immune system disorder.
