Of the patients, diagnosed with moderate-poorly differentiated HCC, 412 patients had a mean AFP level of 8170.17±20781.66 ng/L, mean CA19-9 level of 53.27±318.64 U/mL and mean CEA level of 3.00±4.63 ng/L and ten patients out of the 412 tested positive for all the three biomarkers. This evidence concerns the gene AFP and hepatocellular carcinoma.
