TUBA4B and gastric cancer: In this study, we found that TUBA4B overexpression dramatically reduced the expression of miR-216a and miR-216b, and GC patients with high miR-216a/b expression had worse prognosis than those with low miR-216a/b expression (survival data from Kaplan–Meier plotter database), hinting that miR-216a and miR-216b, like miR-214, are both oncogenes in GC.
