Consistent with the breast cancer patient tumor data (Fig. 1g), NRAD1 is predominately expressed in basal-like breast cancer cell lines (e.g., SUM149 and MDA-MB-468) and is lowly expressed in cell lines of other subtypes (e.g., ER+ MCF7 cells, Supplemental Fig. 4), and normal tissues (Supplemental Fig. 5). This evidence concerns the gene NRAD1 and neoplasm.
