SSTR5 and laryngeal carcinoma: As shown in Fig. 3b, c, the expression levels of SSTR5 and SSTR5-AS1 were significantly increased in the 5-Aza-dC-, TSA-, 5-Aza-dC/TSA-treated laryngeal carcinoma cells, and the effect was more apparent in the 5-Aza-dC/TSA-treated cells, indicating that the expression of SSTR5 and SSTR5-AS1 might be co-regulated by DNA methylation and histone modification.
