ISUP 1 prostate cancer was not significantly associated with PSA at diagnosis: odds ratios ranged from 0.82 (95%CI: 0.68–1.00) for PSA 3–4 ng/mL, 0.96 (95%CI: 0.79–1.16) for PSA 4–6 ng/mL, 0.95 (95%CI: 0.75–1.21) for PSA 6–10 ng/mL, and 0.92 (95%CI: 0.58–1.45) for PSA 10–15 ng/mL compared with PSA 2–3 ng/mL.
