The serological prevalence of anti tTG-IgA (11 studies with 2901 IBS patients) and AGA-IgG (4 studies with 936 IBS patients) was estimated to be 5.35% (95%CI: 3.60-7.89) and 6.35% (95%CI: 2.05-18.03), respectively. This evidence concerns the gene CD79A and irritable bowel syndrome.
